These Terms of Use set forth the agreement between you and Chic Place Ltd. and govern your use of the products and services we offer through our website and applications (collectively, the “Site” and “Check Place”). This agreement provides important information to you, including information about your obligations regarding your content, our limitation of liability to you, and your agreement to resolve any disputes by individual arbitration and waive the right to participate in a class action. By accessing Chic Place, you agree to the following terms.

Check Place may provide a translation of the English version of the Terms of Use into other languages. Any translation of the Terms of Use into other languages ​​is for your convenience only and the English version governs the terms of your relationship with Chic Place. Using Chic Place

Register. Access to certain functions of the Homesmart Platform will require registration with us. If you register with Place Chic, you agree to provide us with accurate information and update it as needed to ensure its accuracy. You may register with Homesmart using a third-party service (e.g., Facebook); you grant us permission to access, store, and use your information from that service as permitted by that service and as described in our Privacy Policy. If you believe your account has been compromised or misused, contact us immediately at Place Chic Customer Support.
Privacy Policy. You can access our Privacy Policy at any time through the Privacy Policy. By accessing the Place Chic Platform, you agree to accept the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user.
Professional Profile. If you are a Professional Service Provider, you may create a Professional Profile. If you do so, you grant us the right to list your Professional Profile in our Service Provider Directory, and you will be able to communicate with others on the Place Chic Platform while identifying you through your Professional Profile. Your professional profile is subject to our Professional Profile Policy.

End. Place Check reserves the right in its sole discretion to permanently or temporarily suspend your use of the Site or Service at any time and for any reason, without any notice or liability to you. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason or no reason, including if you violate any Place Check policies. Upon termination of your use of the Service, certain provisions of the Terms will survive termination.

Acceptable Use

As part of the Check Place Usage Policy, you agree not to use the Information, Services, or any other part of the Check Place Platform or to take any action or actions that:

Contradicts Homesmart’s public image, goodwill, or reputation.
Promotes any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, or underage drinking.
Infringes our or any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
Express or imply that any of your statements, activities, or causes are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent in each case.
Violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, or encourages any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, tortious, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or Obscene.

Transmit any trade secret or other non-public material or information about any person, company or entity without permission to do so.

Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Place Check Platform, including, without limitation, by “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Place Check Platform.

Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Place Check Platform.

Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained on the Place Check Platform.

License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign or otherwise transfer any rights under the Terms to any third party, or commercially exploit or profit from the Place Check Platform information or content, or any portion thereof, in any manner, except as expressly permitted herein.

“Frame” or “mirror” any portion of the Place Check Platform without our prior written permission.

Distribute any viruses, worms or other similar or harmful files, scripts or programming routines.
Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of Check Place or its licensors or suppliers.
Engage in the preparation or distribution of junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other unsolicited or fraudulent bulk or commercial e-mail.
Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automated device or process to retrieve, index, or “data mine” the Check Place Platform or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Check Place Platform or the contents, authentication, and security measures.
Forge headers or manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any transmission.
Implement any form of network monitoring or operate a network analyzer, packet sniffer, or other technology to intercept, decrypt, extract, or
